Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

✅ Duplicate payment made by mistake
✅ Project canceled before work has started
✅ Failure to deliver the agreed service due to our inability
✅ Technical issues caused directly by our service that cannot be resolved

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase or project start date.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has started or completed:

  • Custom website development projects
  • WordPress or Shopify customization
  • Graphic design services
  • SEO and digital marketing campaigns
  • AI automation setup and integrations
  • Domain registration and hosting services
  • Third-party software or plugin purchases
  • Completed or partially completed work approved by the client

Due to the nature of digital services, time and resources invested in project execution are non-recoverable.


Website Development Refund Policy

For website development projects:

  • Full refund available only before design or development work begins
  • Partial refund may be provided depending on completed project stages
  • No refund after final project delivery or approval
  • Delays caused by missing client content or communication are not eligible for refunds

Digital Marketing Refund Policy

Marketing results can vary based on industry competition, audience behavior, and advertising platforms. Therefore:

  • We do not guarantee specific sales or ranking results
  • Monthly marketing retainers are non-refundable after campaign launch
  • Advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are non-refundable

Graphic Design Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available after initial design concepts are delivered
  • Revisions will be provided according to the agreed package
  • Approved final designs cannot be refunded

AI Automation Services Refund Policy

For AI automation services including WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, and website automation:

  • Refunds are not available after system setup or integration begins
  • Third-party platform limitations are outside our control
  • Clients are responsible for maintaining access credentials and platform permissions

Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation at any time. However:

  • Payments for completed work will not be refunded
  • Any remaining balance for completed milestones must be cleared
  • BrandCraft reserves the right to cancel projects due to abusive behavior, lack of communication, or policy violations

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Before opening a payment dispute or chargeback, clients are encouraged to contact BrandCraft directly to resolve the issue professionally. Unauthorized chargebacks for completed work may result in service suspension.
